Ingredients

Tuna and Shrimp Flakes
Broccoli florets
Chopped Potatoes
Green Beans
Mustard Sauce
Chopped Tomatoes
Green Chilies Paste
Crushed Garlic
Salt
Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Olive Oil

Method

Mix all the above ingredients and pour it in your vegetable steamer. Steam for 15 minutes. Accompany the casserole with boiled rice.
