In India there is a very good use of raw-bananas and it is usually stir-fried, sauteed, stewed, boiled with pulses, used in chips and baked into cutlets.
Today’s recipe is a simple recipe made with bananas and coconut:
1. Add mustard seeds in oil, fry onions, chopped green chilies and add coconut.
2. Add chopped bananas, turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt.
3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook, stirring continuously until the bananas are tender.
