Tips to make healthy breakfasts in lesser time

breakfastBreakfast is a big headache in the morning, but then it has to be, as it happens to be the King of all meals. I am giving you some short-cuts to go about it the best way possible:

1. Steam all veggies and stuff it in burritos with some sauce.
2. If you do not want to have ornflakes everyday, toss it up as a salad.
3. Go for crunchy salads in the morning.
4. Go for yogurt based fruit punch.
5. Soak pulses overnight and have it in the next morning.

All the above breakfasts are filling and take les time to make.
