Cheaters Vanilla slices are famous in Australia and the idea behind them is to prove to be a time-saver…amazingly they are. You just have to layer the SAO biscuits, which are yummy cream crackers, wonderful with toppings. These crackers are first placed inside a lamington tin and then a mixture of cream, vanilla extract and instant vanilla mix is poured over it. The best part comes with the frosting that separates it from any other quick desserts and that is made up of icing sugar, margarine and lemon juice. The dessert is covered with a foil and left overnight, and given a clever cut to cheat you from what actually is inside.
