Weekend Lunch – Fish curry

My favorite Sunday lunch got to be fish and I love cookinh fish with lots of spices.

1. Fry fish fillets.
2. Fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomtoes, turmeric, cinnamon powder, red chili pepper, nutmeg powder and cumin powder for 15 minutes.
3. Add fried fish fillets and salt. Add enough water to make gravy.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes and garnish with culantro leaves.
