What makes a ‘good wine’?

Expensive bottles, heavily punctuated bottle or a trend does not make a wine. A wine is made by its flavors and it is better not to be too sweet for casual drinking. An article features that a good wine should have three important qualities. The three qualities are as follows:

1. There is either the good Pinot or the bad one: The Pinot Noir is the most complicated wine in terms of production and the resultant flavor. Though it is hard to imagine a Pinot Noir at lower prices, yet there are cheap Pinot Noirs. However, Pinot Noirs can be cheaper and taste like Pinot Noirs.

2. Chilean Wines – A great variety of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Carmenere is found in Chile as a wine drinker can find that it has changed from unappealing, green, and herbaceous to offer fruity, oaky, ripe and juicy flavors. Some of the premium wines are Cousino Macul’s Finis Terrae, Montes “M”, Errazuriz’s Sena.

3. Jargon – The most important factor is how well you describe the wine you drink. There is no use beating about the bush if you have never drunk the wine. Tasting note is not just a wine jargon for a wine lover, it is his poetry.

Briefly, a wine should not lose its authenticity in bottle, a wine always has room for improvement and a wine lover must be true to the wine he drinks.
