Unlike other Cheerios Yogurt Burst Cheerios have 11gm of sugar in a 30gm per serving. The new Cheerios has no artificial flavors and is a balance between plain cheerios and yogurt coated cheerios. There is 1 to 10 ratio of Cheerios to yogurt in the yogurt based Cheerios. The vanilla flavor is not overpowering but the strawberry coating made of dried strawberries gives out the real strawberry flavor.
