11th annual Critics’ Choice award night has been really fascinating for Brokeback Mountain which grabbed three major awards including Best Picture, Best actor and Best Director. George Clooney was awarded with Freedom Award a special tribute “for illuminating our shared values of freedom, tolerance and democracy” through Good Night, and Good Luck.
Julia Roberts, his really close friend gave him the award. Julia made her first public appearance at the award night since having twins. She was looking stunning as ever.
Other winners include Reese Witherspoon got the best actress award for Walk the Line, Awards for Best supporting Actress and Actor were given to Michelle Williams and Thomas Haden Church respectively.
I really love this award season and really excited to know the results of the forthcoming Golden Globe Awards.
