With a celeb couple, divorce is a word thrown around ever so often. So we didn???t know how seriously to take the rumors of Amy Winehouse getting one soon in the future. Besides the word doing the rounds is that the threats have originated from the suggestions of her husband Blake???s mother, Georgette Civil.
Amy???s dad confirmed the rumors saying that the troubled singer???s imprisoned husband had voiced the idea after a recent spat with her.
Blair threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row. Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said. I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it???s up to them.
Papa Winehouse also says that Amy, on the other hand, is willing to stick it through.
From Amy???s point of view, she would stick by him no matter what. But he has said things like, ???I want a divorce.???
Expect things to get messier for Amy since she doesn???t even have a pre-nup by her side for solace.
