Michael Jackson’s ex associate has sued him and the trials will begin soon. It will bring Michael’s messy financial dealings in the limelight.
The former pop king will not be present at the court but will be seen via videotaped depositions. Michael is staying in Bahrain at the moment, he is traveling to Europe and in London he answered questions twice in depositions.
F. Marc Schaffel, has sued Jackson for $3.8 million which includes unapaid salary, unrepaid loans, expenses, and share in the money made by TV specials that were made to enhance Jackson’s public image after the child molestation case.
Facts involved in Michael’s criminal case trial last year are likely to be revisited when Marc gives evidence about his role in attending to the family of the boy who claimed to be molested by Michael. Most of the witnesses will be business advisers and money managers. Jury selection will begin from 26 July.
