Instructions:
1. Making the sauce:
- Take a large pan and heat it. Add onion, cougrette and celery and fry it for some time.

- Stir it and simmer it for 20 minutes. Make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Continuous stirring is required to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
