Green Bell Peppers paired with Cottage Cheese

455646y578I was sharing with you some low-cal vegetable recipes for summer. Bell Peppers are widely eaten in India and there are lots of ways to cook and I am going to tell you bell-pepper pairing with cottage cheese.

Ingredients
Sliced green peppers
Sliced Onions
Cubed cottage cheese
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Tomato Puree
Chopped Tomatoes
Whole Mustard
Whole Cumin
Red Chili Powder
Salt
All-spices powder(Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves)

Method

1. Take oil in a wok and add mustard and cumin seeds.

2. Fry pepper, chopped tomatoes and onions until tender. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, red chilli powder and All-spices powder. Cook stiring continuously for 15 minutes

3. Add cottage cheese and salt, stir being careful not to break the pieces. Add water and simmer 10 minutes.

You can have this with chapattis, in burgers or with rice.
