Christmas is the season of miracles and hasn’t Ms. Brandy got her’s. In December last year, the R&B singer had been involved in a car crash that killed a woman but the artist is yet to be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Sources have revealed that the authorities may have evidence that Brandy may not be the one to be blamed for the accident.
According to a source in the California Highway Patrol, the dead woman had already collided with the car in front of her-at 65 mph- and floored her brakes. The sudden stop is now being believed to have caused Brandy’s car hitting her from the rear.
The LA County Coroner also found traces of marijuana in the dead woman’s body.
If the charges are not filed against the singer before Friday, the statute of limitations will run out. And since it seems to be pretty hard to prove negligence on Brandy’s part till now, you should expect the lady to walk free soon.
It’s a true modern day Christmas miracle I tell you!
