The police reported to have slapped three different crime charges on the ex-husband of the famous television personality Dina Lohan. Michel Lohan, who has been controversial for the tussle he had with his family members, said to have gained bail at $200,000.

Michael Lohan was arrested on three felony charges Tuesday evening in West Hollywood, Calif, after a female accused him of domestic violence at a nearby apartment, police say. Lohan, 50, was booked for inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization, Lt. John Ratto confirms to PEOPLE. “Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute,” Lt. Ratto said. “He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I’m aware of and has been cooperative.”
Lohan, who had divorced his wife Dina Lohan in 2007, was engaged with former tabloid reporter Kate Major during the 2010 Easter weekend, but later broke up after a series of clashes. Though it???s not the first time he is put behind bar, this new legal mess confirms that Michael Lohan is not likely to get rid of the awful days that always haunt him.
