Halle Berry has been seen frequently visiting the courthouse with three-year-old Nahla of late, after ex-Gabriel Aubry filed for custody. The custody was under dispute earlier as Halle Berry wanted to take Nahla with her to New York where she was filming a movie. This didn???t seem to go down well with Gabriel Aubry who wanted Nahla to stay with him in Los Angeles. The battle stretching between two cities now seems to be ending as the parents have reached a consensus at the L.A. courthouse.
Halle Berry spoke out to Extra to clear the air. She said that the custody muddle was beyond Nahla, and also involved other incompatibility issues involving her and Gabriel Aubry.
