The gossip mills were abuzz with the divorce rumors of abhi and ash. Ash leaving Mumbai alone to attend the Cannes film festival with only her mother Vrinda Rai and daughter Aradhya for company had many speculating that all is not all between the couple. Sources close to the couple also said that a divorce is on the cards. There is no denying the fact that there is definitely something wrong between the two of them. It is indeed a sad time for all their fans who wish to see them together always and at all times. This was really a heart breaking news for them . The couple who are quite reserved chose to keep mum about this issue initially but later on came out in the open.
It was only after the rumors took a very serious turn that they broke their silence and spoke something about this sensitive issue. Though rumors were very strong that soon this couple will be divorced but later on both made an appearance at the red carpet and brushed aside all such rumors.
But putting aside all such rumor abhi chose to clarify by making an appearance alongside Ash during the amfAR against AIDS Gala on 22nd May , 2014. It sent a clear message to their fans across the globe that the couple is very much together and there is absolutely nothing wrong between the two of them. It was really a good news for all the fans. They were really heart –broken and disappointed to hear this rumor but they can relax now.
This is the 13th time that Ash is making an appearance at the Cannes Film festival along with the likes of Salma Hayek , Sonam Kapur e.t.c
I t was later clarified by that Abhi could not accompany her due to his prior shooting commitments. That is why he joined them later. It was said that the diva is not being able to strike a good rapport with her mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan and this has strained the relationship between the couple. This was one of the main reasons due to which they were thinking about a divorce.
But as of now both have not filed any petition so there is no reason for their fans to worry as of now. They are happy being with each other and both are enjoying this phase of parenthood .
