Angelina Jolie has dethroned Oprah Winfrey to top this year’s Forbes Celebrity 100 list. Though Jolie had a successful year with a couple of money-spinning movies like Kung Fu Panda, Wanted and the upcoming Salt, it was the generous media coverage following the birth of her twins that worked the actual miracle for Jolie.
Jolie’s net worth from entertainment income was determined as $27 million (from June 2008 to June 2009) while her internet and press ranking soared sky high this year grabbing her the 3rd and 5th rank respectively. Jolie’s partner, Brad Pitt, was also lucky to find a place on the top 10 slot. He ranks No. 9 on the list.
