For sale at a whooping $9.4 million this property also has the potential of fetching Anna a good sum, just like her other deals off the green courts.
Set by the sprawling waterfront on the Sunset Lake, this Mediterranean styled mansion which boasts of providing privacy from the prying paparazzi has seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms in addition to a living room with a fire-place, a kitchen island that has mind-blowing granite countertops and a grand and formal dining room. It even has a heated pool with a deck, a spa that???s surrounded by coral rock, a 156 foot dock, a covered entertainment area and an outdoor kitchen. The interiors of this palatial mansion are equally imperial with French doors, arched windows, high ceilings and hardwood floorings. For guests there is, on this rambling property a two-storied guest house with a kitchen and a living space on the first floor and a large suite on the second.
Considering that the mansion is a complete house one can even dream of, Anna is currently tight-lipped as to why she has put the property up for sale.
