Anna Nicole Smith’s will has been revealed. Smith left all her fortune to her dead son, Daniel, who died in September, 2006. Smith’s long term partner Howard K. Stern is named as the executor of her estate.

There is a random clause that states,

I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse, including any future spouses or children.

The will was written in 2001and was not updated after the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn Hope.

There were two witnesses to the will’s signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna’s former assistant.

According to the document, which was signed by Vickie Lynn Marshall, Smith’s real name, Stern is given full authority to take care of assets and property.

The 16 page will does not mention Smith’s 5-month old daughter Dannielynn, nor did mention her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur. The will also does not say where Smith wished to buried, over which Stern and Smith’s mother are having a bitter court battle. Stern maintains that Smith should be buried in the Bahamas next to her son, Daniel. Arthur, on the other hand, wants Smith buried in a plot in the family’s home state of Texas.

Stern has been ordered to appear in a Florida courtroom Tuesday (20th February 2007) to offer testimony regarding where Smith should be buried.

The former Playboy Playmate collapsed and died at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on 8 February (07).

It seems that Anna’s mother will get nothing. But I do feel bad for Anna’s daughter Dannielynn as little baby’s life is already a tragedy as five men are already claiming to be little babe’s father. How sad is that!
