Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy report will be released on Monday, six weeks following the mysterious death of the Playboy Playmate.

Dr. Joshua Perper, chief medical examiner of Broward County, Florida and Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger will together hold a press conference to reveal the exact cause of Smith’s death.

Her nurse found Smith dead on Feb. 8 in her hotel room at a tribal casino in Hollywood. An initial autopsy conducted immediately after the death showed no immediate indication of a drug overdose or external injuries on the 39-year-old reality TV star.

Perper delayed the autopsy result after police gave him additional evidence, which was not disclosed. A spokeswoman said that the Seminole police agency’s findings may or may not influence medical results.
