Former Playboy mate Anna Nicole Smith will be facing Late. E. Pierce Marshall’s wife, Elaine in court now. Anna married J. Howard Marshall II in 1994 and he died a year later. A California court entitled her of $474 million from her late husband’s estate. However, since then J. Howard Marshall‘s son, E. Pierce Marshall and Anna were under a bitter court battle over the estate.
Lately E. Pierce Marshall died, everybody started predicting that Marshalls may opt to settle down the case outside the court now, and this way Anna would get a big piece from the pie. But Anna is certainly not that lucky as Marshall’s widow Elaine will confront her in the court and claim to Marshall estate is still a distant dream for Anna.
