ABC’s ‘Men in Trees’ star Anne Heche and estranged hubby Coleman Laffoon are ending their marriage of five years.
Coleman Laffoon, 33- year-old motion picture cameraman yesterday filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Court and is seeking joint custody of the couple’s four-year old son Homer, as well as spousal support from Heche.
Their break-up had been in enough limelight prior to Lafloon’s legal step at seeking divorce.
Gossips are that Heche is romantically linked to her ‘Men in Trees’ co-star James Tupper, who split from his partner just a few months ago. However, neither Heche nor Tupper has confirmed to be in relationship.
According to an eyewitness Heche spent part of the flight on Tupper’s lap, whispering and cuddling. The source adds,
They looked like high school kids in love.
Heche and Laffoon wed in 2001 after meeting when he filmed a documentary on her then-partner Ellen DeGeneres.
