Life is a tough nut to crack. It can very well relate with the life of Ashley Judd, who not only came out of her depression but also helped many people. Childhood is supposed to be the most memorable part of life but for Judd it was not the case. She suffered a lot as a child but she never lost hope and keep on fighting from her anger. Due to her depression, she even thought of committing suicide and was also abused sexually by different men for years in her later stage.
There are many people in this world who are the sufferers but Ashley Judd fought with it and the best part is she has shared her views with the world in her new memoir, All That Is Bitter & Sweet.
Ashley tells People,
My childhood was erratic, chaotic, unstable. I was so the lost child, who just goes away and can be invisible while sitting in the middle of the room. I know that my mom did the best she could as did my dad, but for a variety of reasons, it was just hurtful.
I appreciate her work as a ‘Youth Aids Ambassador’ for Populations Services International that not only improved the lives of women and children but also gave them hope to live again. I personally believe that she is the best example for all those who are suffering with the same pain and even they can think of coming out of their darkness. Very well said by someone – All???s well that ends well.
