Many cases of corruption are pending against him and in many cases he used his influence to either get drop the inquiry/action or used unfair means so that file or papers doesn’t move.
His brother Radheshyam Chauhan was[served] in Rajasthan Police and his daughters father in law Mool Chand Sharma was a RAS officer.
He’s having deep influence in Revenue Board and Collectorate Kota too.
I have many times submitted a very long list of his corruption cases and also raised issue
“Why the Collector Bundi honored the most corrupt officer Tehsildar Bhawani Singh Chauhan”.
I also wants to draw your kind attention towards a recent case of wrong doing caused by him and many many other such incidents are still un-reported.
If your Govt really takes serious action against him,with co-ordination of all dept/Anti corruption dept a huge amount of ill earned money would be definitely recovered from him in form of many plots,houses,agriculture lands/cash etc in the name of his and his family members.
