No no, don???t get me wrong here. Ne-Yo was not arrested for being BALD, he was taking a tad too joyful joyride through Cobb County, Georgia. The 25-year old singer was charged with reckless driving and driving without a valid license. Though his reps have still not issued an official statement as to why the singer didn???t get his DL renewed, we are bound to believe the reason could have been that he might have been afraid to get photographed without his hat which might have let the tabloids hound him for tell-tale pics of his receding hairline! Er, too late for that now eh, Ne-Yo?
