Last month court ordered a temporary ban on the sale or promotion of the sex tape which features Kid Rock, Scott Stapp and other four women relishing sexual fun in a tour bus. Now World Wide Red Light District and Kid Rock have reached to a tentative agreement which ensures the temporary ban on the tape without another court trial.
Scott has also filed a lawsuit against Red Light. Charging them with infringement of Privacy Rights and of stealing the tape, but the company has denied it and said they received it from a third party.
This sex tape scandal has become so dam complicated with the series of court cases following it; as a Florida Woman who is also involved in the video has sued Scott for Violation of her Privacy.
