Summer Foods in India is always not without spice or with a lots of juices as mentioned in most of my recipes. I am going to share a recipe with you that makes the use of spices, yet remains light. This recipe includes green beans and meats.
Ingredients
Chopped Green Beans
Mutton
Chopped Onions
Black Pepper
Red Cayenne Pepper
Tomato Puree
Powdered Cinnanmon sticks
Rock Salt
Green Chilies
Dry Mango Powder
Dry Oregano Powder
Method
1. Fry onions and green chilies until brown. Add meat and fry until the moisture evaporates.
2. Add beans, spices, tomato puree, herbs and stir-fry on a low-heat
3. Add water and cook until the meat is tender.
Serve this delicacy either with rice or brown bread with lots of pulses and yogurt.
