While Victoria Beckham was busy putting on some flab on her skinny frame [She is doing it hoping it will enhance her star value] and her comeback performance in Hollywood with the other Spice girls her hubby was living it up in Canada!
Do not get this wrong. I am not saying there is a divorce on the offing. Nothing drastic like that; in fact it is all a case of boys will be boys.
It so happened that David Beckham was in Vancouver to play a match which turned out to be a draw. To drown his boredom [perhaps he was pining for his gorgeous wife!] and recharge his batteries he went to a local pub with his teammates for a couple of drinks.
Women can’t seem to keep their hands off Beckham. At the watering hole an attractive brunette managed to get close enough [don’t read too much into this!] to David boy to get clicked for a pic with him. That’s all. Just look at the disinterested look on Beckham’s face. Posh Spice can breathe easy!
While the hardworking husband headed back to the British Isles for a spot of practice before the forthcoming match against Austria, Victoria was shaking it all at the comeback show in the Wood of Holly. Though the attire by Roberto Cavalli was appreciated, the famous gals disappointed fans because they did not sing live but merely lip-synched.
Maybe Beckham did not miss much by failing to turn up at his wife’s show after all. Anyway he has seen it all, Posh Spice says, while she was practicing her steps at home.
