David Beckham and wife Victoria return back from Britian to LA after his stricken father insisted that he was doing okay. The former English skipper,32, went to visit his father Ted in Britain along with wife on hearing that Ted has suffered a near-fatal heart attack.
But the 59 year old Beckham sent the star-couple back to Los Angeles confirming that he was better and that he will be okay. Reports have it that Ted also waved goodbye to the couple from the car park.
Giving updates on Ted’s health condition, as source at the London Chest Hospital in Bethnal Green, East London said,
Ted has made a dramatic improvement. David wanted to stay but Ted assured him it would be okay.
The couple looked completely worn out according to sources when they were spotted at Heathrow airport.
Victoria left a promotional tour of Japan in the middle to visit her ailing father-in-law. Both the Beckhams are understood to have been there with Ted when he uttered his first words after the attack.
News has it that Ted nearly faced death at the back of the ambulance on the way to the hospital, with paramedics battling for three hours to save him. David Beckham who signed for the US side LA Galaxy for £128 million earlier this year informed the officials that he would be with his dad till as long as he takes to recover.
Another source informed that,
David was very sweet and brought Ted some home-made fruit punch and a salad. Posh even took off her sunglasses when she reached the ward.
While the couple has been away from home their three children Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are being cared for by David’s mother Sandra in LA.
