In spite of avoiding her harsh sentence and getting a very lenient treatment in her DUI case by some intervention of luck, things are certainly not moving in the right direction for Lindsay Lohan. She has almost nullified her own luck by failing two mandatory drug tests last week. A Los Angeles judge has issued a bench warrant for her arrest and she will become a wanted woman if she fails to show for a court hearing on Friday morning.

Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked and a bench warrant issued for her arrest … TMZ has learned. Although the bench warrant was issued, it’s being held — i.e., on hold — until Friday at 8:30 AM, when Lindsay is ordered to appear in court. The move by Judge Elden Fox comes after TMZ’s story … that Lindsay failed two drug tests recently … one showed the presence of cocaine and another showed amphetamines. The probation report — outlining the failed tests — was just filed with the court. Judge Fox could sentence Lindsay to 30 days in jail for each failed drug test.
Well, I think LiLo is in a thick soup. No doubt she has proved her dedication to battle the evils of substance abuse by accepting responsibility for her failed drug tests on Twitter, but she needs to behave more sincerely because good intentions are a success only if combined with positive actions. I hope she realizes the severity of the situation and doesn’t miss the court hearing this time.
