beyonce 279Beyonce has come out with the secret of her enviable figure. Yes, it is no secret potion but regular exercise. Beyonce tells that she exercises five times a week to stay in the shape she is in.
When she had to lose weight for her next flick, ‘Dreamgirls’, she went on a liquid-only diet regimen and lost as much as 13 lbs in just ten days. She also admitted that she has to be very strict on herself because she is naturally curvy.
She said,

I workout five times a week. I get up in the morning at around 8.30. I eat my cereal and I let it digest, then I do cardio for half an hour, followed by free weights for about 45 minutes.
