Big stars with big problems: John Travolta files a lawsuit against airport owners

Are you thinking about owning your private jumbo jet? Well, think again! If you are a celebrity and do plan on buying your own jet, please consider the landing factor. Recently John Travolta’s private jumbo jet was denied permission to land in a private Florida airport. A furious Travolta decided to sue the airport owners. Apparently, the airport is right next door to Travolta’s home.

Travolta owns a home right next to Jumbolair Aviation Estates in Ocala and wanted to fly his private jumbo there. Guess what? Despite of being the largest private airfield in US, owners said the airfield might is not long enough to accommodate a jumbo aircraft. Travolta has enough reason to believe this is a false claim and thus, begins the fender bender.

Back when the Pulp Fiction star bought land nearby the airport, he was assured that he could use the airport right next door. But, now this is causing trouble in Travolta’s personal life. John’s attorney Michael Ossi recently mentioned that there will legal action taken against all the responsible parties.

Mr. Travolta has been severely mistreated as a consequence of these acts and intends to vigorously pursue all appropriate legal recourse against these responsible parties

The owner of the airport, James Garemore still sticks to the falsified claim:

The runway is not suitable for heavy aircraft. It is cracking and breaking. They are bringing this lawsuit against me and all I was doing was trying to maintain safety here.

The lawsuit states that the airport owners are in an ongoing battle with Jumbolair. The suit was filed against the following corporations: Jett Clipper Johnny and Constellation. Obviously, now that this has happened, Jumbolair Estates is trying to save it’s back by claiming that it never said Travolta could use the airport.

I think the whole thing is ludicrous. As someone not aware of all the facts, I think maybe Travolta should cut some slack to the airport owners. After all, safety is crucial with airplanes.

Maybe it’s time he understands the fact: if he doesn’t live, how is he going to enjoy his jets? Then again, there’s his side of the story which is inconvenience. The airport owners and Jumbolair should have been clear with this to Travolta. Whatever is the outcome of this lawsuit, I think this is just craziness.
