As per resources this frenzy is in response to the visit of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in Namibia, where the most awaited baby is reported to make its first appearance. Well who will decide about the Natinal declaration is still quite undecided, but what is proved is that Jolie and Pitt have won the heart of Namibians.
