Well, it???s not a big deal for Lindsay Lohan to be seen drunk and groggy in the streets of New York. But, despite her promise not to booze again, she was found to have drunk and sozzled in the New York club premises last night. Though the famous pop singer-actress, who reported to have been charged with felony theft of a $2,500 necklace On February 9, 2011, has been called for a preliminary hearing on April 22 at Los Angeles District court, she seems to have plunged into the joy with her boozy routine.

After falling down on the street outside of NYC bar Motor City, Lilo attributed the fall to being a “klutz.” However, according to various online reports, Linds has been staying out until after 3am hitting up New York clubs and drinking. Despite allegedly vowing not to drink, the 24-year-old actress was caught sipping wine with hotelier Vikram Chatwal, according to the NY Daily News. The site is also reporting Lilo was offered “blow” by a party guest, however she said “she couldn’t be around that stuff.” Way to stay strong, Linds!
There have been several incidents in which Lindsay Lohan was caught and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol, Also, in 2007, she lost several movie deals due to these incidents. She also learned to have spent three months until early January 2011 in the Betty Ford Center, a drug and alcohol treatment center, after a court ordered her to do so.
