A lawsuit against Britney Spears and her mother Lynne, was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The mishap occurred in the year 2004, when Britney Spears, her sister Jamie Lynn and mother were leaving from a pet store in Santa Monica. Lynne owned that SUV and was driving when she hit Reavley. He claims that he fell on the ground and she ran over his foot. He suffered injuries in back, head, trunk and neck. The police was called but they reportedly determined Lynne had done nothing wrong and she was not ticketed.
Reavley is suing Lynne and Britney Touring, Inc. The suit claims that the ‘injuries will result in permanent disability.’
Oops! Poor Britney who is pregnant with her second baby, is planning to get separated from her husband Kevin, now has another legal matter to handle with.
