Britney Spear’s attorney has been asked to produce more evidences in her defamation case against US Weekly. Brit sued Us Weekly last year in December over the charges of publishing a story that she feared that her porn video with her husband may leak onto the cyber world.
Britney called it a fake report filed a libel case of $20 million but Us Weekly stood by their story and said it has come from a credible source. Next hearing is scheduled for the first week of May.
