Britney Spears’ troubles are getting on top of her. The troubled pop star publicly broke down yesterday in her car sobbing and ranting about losing her children. Actually that’s really so sad when any mother loses her kids.
After spending much of her day at her Hollywood mansion, Spears went to Ralph’s supermarket. As she emerged she looked visibly upset and appeared to have been crying. But later Brit was in better spirits and enjoyed a light dinner of quesadillas and a mango margarita with friend Sam Lutfi at Casa Escobar in Malibu.

Some women approached her and she was very sweet to them. The manager offered to sneak her out the back but she declined. She insisted on coming out the front way.
Even when greeted by the wall of paparazzi the much-troubled singer showered paparazzi with praise. After she climbed the passenger seat of the car Brit couldn’t control her emotions and began sobbing uncontrollably.
Gosh! This poor lady needs to go somewhere, away from all the photogs. She needs to admit she has problems or no rehab is going to help. I actually feel bad for Britney.
