Things are getting interesting in the unending Britney saga. Latest reports say the troubled star went to a New York restaurant with her father, Jamie Spears, after a reunion with her children. It seems she had enjoyed it as she emerged grinning out of the eating-house.
The emotional types may say that Britney should be thankful to her Dad for bringing some sort of order into her life. More importantly they may say she got to see her kids again.
But nasty tongues keep wagging. It is said that Britney dislikes the way things have turned out. She does not like the fact that her father has complete (albeit temporary) control of her money and life. That she is biding her time and planning a ‘counter-attack’ with the help of the likes of the infamous Sam Lutfi.
There maybe a grain of truth in all this. When Britney was in hospital recently and her father had visited her, the conversation that had occurred was weird to say the least. Jamie Spears claimed that Britney had cried like a baby and appealed to her father to take her home like a child. It could be absolute hogwash, meant for public consumption. The interesting part was when Britney is supposed to have accused her father of continuing to keep her in the hospital.
All these things leaves one with an uneasy feeling. That things are not what they appear to be. The reality could be that a mentally weak women is trying hard to keep her sanity and freedom from the manipulative influences of her parents. Her ex-husband seems to be playing along with the drama scripted by Jamie Spears.
If this scenario is true, Britney must be going through hell now.
