Pop star Britney Spears has lost the physical custody of both her sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, aged one. As per the orders of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, She has to hand them over to ex-husband Kevin Federline by Wednesday this week.
Britney, who is entangled in a custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, is left devastated because of this sudden change of stance by the judge. Earlier, the court had ordered that both parents will share the physical custody of their sons through the duration of the custody hearing. The judge reversed his decision following an issue raised by Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, that Spears was driving without a valid California driver’s license. A copy of the latest court ruling was obtained by OK! which states,
The court’s prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent’s ex-parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88.
The judge had previously issued strict orders to Britney, but its a pity that she failed to keep tabs on her faulty moves.
