Britney, K-Fed Extend Joint Custody Of Kids

The temporary joint custody of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s kids has been temporarily extended for February, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan confirmed.

Spears, 25, agreed last month to temporary joint custody of 1-year-old Sean Preston Federline and almost 5-month-old Jayden James Federline with visits from Federline.

According to the terms the agreement, Federline will be allowed to visit the children at Spears’ home from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Spears and Federline’s divorce battle started in November when Britney filed for divorce after two years of marriage.

Federline also filed his petition seeking spousal support and custody of kids.
