For the first time, I am posting some positive thing about troubled pop singer. Britney took a supervised trip from rehab yesterday, to attend an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Santa Monica. But surprising thing was that she was smiling broadly! I mean after several episodes of her erratic behavior she was looking normal. Well, it sounds good.
The bald Brit wore a brown wig and jaunty cap as she left the promises rehab.
The doodle on her left hand reveals the mysterious word PUSH. Spears also wore a ring around her index finger which was rumored to be her wedding ring. But Tmz confirmed that the ring is not her wedding ring.
Miss. Spears checked into rehab last week for what could be a 40-day stay – and she seems to be taking it more seriously than previous visits.
Prior to this Brit twice walked out of rehab. And after raging with her umbrella at paparazzi she finally checked into Promises rehab clinic in Malibu, where she is seeking help for both drugs and alcohol.
A source told the Sun that Britney is not finding the sessions easy,
