Access Hollywood has obtained court papers claiming that an attorney for Britney Spears filed a motion to delay a Sept. 17 custody hearing and revealed that Brit’s average monthly income is 737,868 U.S. dollars a month.
The documents, stemming from the couple’s Aug. 27 hearing, also show Kevin Federline is receiving 20,000 dollars a month in spousal support. However, that payment ends on Nov. 15. The documents also reveal a list of six parties who have been or will be subpoenaed by Federline’s camp in his push for custody of the couple’s two kids, Sean Preston (23 months) and Jayden James (11 months).
And people included in the list are Spears’former assistant Shannon Funk, former bodyguard Daimon Shippen, former manager Larry Rudolph, cousin Alli Sims, the Promises Treatment Center, Brit’s designated sober companion Dr. Betty Wyman and her former nanny Christine Hallet.
Brit saga will never end and I keep guessing what would the next bizarre news that I’ll cover.
