Here is a new update in Britney Spears saga. The troubled singer’s estranged hubby and their two sons Sean Preston 17-months and Jayden James, 5-months visited her in Promises rehab.
This is Federline’s second visit to Britney within a week. According to a source,
The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been. He’s so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids.
Spears, 25, willingly checked herself into the rehab centre on Feb. 20, but left the next morning, then again returned Thursday night.
