Child services keeps allegations secret, but these charges were leaked yesterday in legal papers filled by Kevin’s lawyer. Therefore, Spears – Federline custody battle took an unexpected turn August 27 as an unscheduled hearing was held at Los Angeles County Superior Court to look into the child abuse allegations. The next hearing in the custody case has been scheduled for Sept. 4, which will be a follow up to yesterday’s appearance.
