Britney Spears fans can fasten their belts and get ready for another fantastic musical ride. Producer Rodney Jerkins has hinted that a new album by Britney is just a couple of weeks away. Jerkins loosened the lid off the surprise package in a Ustream session held over the weekend.

Uber producer Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins has just made fans of Britney Spears curious. Darkchild hinted in a Ustream session held over the weekend that the pop star will release a new material in the near future, saying “Britney fans are gonna be so happy in few weeks.” Previously, Danja who is working with Spears in this project said, “We can start one way and end up a totally different way, I really don’t know.” He added that there would be “hard-hitting, uptempo, high-energy” songs in the album. Additionally reggae artist Predator Dub Assassins confirmed via Twitter, “Co -Writing on a track for Britney Spears ft Akon. WTF ?! What is gonna happen next?” Another mentioned collaborator is David Guetta.
This will be Britney’s first album in two years since the release of her phenomenal Circus in 2008. It’s a great news for Britney fans and I’m dead sure that her new album will be much bigger and better than Circus. Go Britney!
