Britney tried to strike a connection with Prince William in 2002, but “it didn’t work out.” Now that the pop queen is in London, she’s desperately looking for a chance to meet the Queen (or maybe a chance to give another try on the Prince).
Britney had once exchanged some emails with Prince William, and they had also arranged a date but eventually that was canceled. “It was just, like, all blown out of proportion. We exchanged emails for a little bit and he was supposed to come and see me somewhere but it didn’t work out,” said Britney about her friendship with the Prince.
Ironically, the diva loves everything the Royal Family stands for, however, she never seemed to try to imbibe any royal gestures in her lifestyle.
Still, Brit has expressed a strong desire to “rub shoulders” with the Brit Queen. I don’t know if that’ll be fair to give her a special privilege over billions of more worthy people who wait every day in queue to meet to the Queen.
