Magazine and now pop princess is once again involved in more hassle after one of her sons was hurt during a scuffle between her bodyguard and a paparazzo.
The pop diva’s bodyguard, Julio Camera, attacked the snapper after he tried to take Britney’s photographs when she was going to the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Toxic singer had been staying there with her brother Bryan, and sons Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.
One photographer claims Camera pushed his partner in the chest and accidentally hit toddler Sean Preston in the process.

Following the incident, Spears filed a crime report on behalf of one of her sons alleging that the photographer, Kyle Henderson, had assaulted her nearly two-year-old toddler.
Police did not instantly file any charges against the photographer but charged Brit’s bodyguard with misdemeanor battery.
Spears flew to Las Vegas in a private jet on Wednesday afternoon with her two sons and bro Bryan, over which her ex-hubby Kevin Federline is said to be furious after Spears failed to obtain his permission in writing before taking their boys out of California, as per their custody agreement. Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of state without written permission from the other. They can only take kids without permission if they have obtained a court order.
According to a source, K-Fed is now demanding Britney to bring the kids back. The Daily Mail quoted the source, as saying,
Britney did not have written permission to take the kids out of state. She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I’m sure Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this.
And could you beat that Britney has also fired her new rep Shannon Funk, blaming Funk for her recent troubles and negative publicity.
