It was reported that Britney approached a liposuction specialist in Las Vegas, to get herself in shape before her comeback show.
It will take some time before the real story comes before us, but one thing is crystal clear that she’s back with her manager Larry Rudolph.
Britney had parted ways with him following her marriage to Kevin Federline, but now things have changed and Britney is taking every step to build her suffered singing career.
