Did you ever crash into your own house accidentally by racing the accelerator? If not, than you are lucky but in case if ‘yes’ then you share sympathy like “The Blue Lagoon” star Brooke Shields. The same incident happened with the 42-year-old celeb, when she suddenly accelerated the car as her platform patent leather high-heeled shoe got wedged under it. The sudden speeding-off resulted in a crash, when she drove back home from shooting her new TV show “Lipstick Jungle”.
Recounting the incident Brooke Shields said,
I really did drive into my house. I slowed down to what I thought was a proper speed… I went to go put my foot on the brake, and I couldn’t get my foot off the gas because the wedge was completely wedged under. I slammed on what I thought was the brake, and it actually was the gas.
Thankfully the ex-wife of Grand Slam winner Andre Agassi came out unharmed but the cash was enough to damage her abode. Citing damage of her house Shields said,
The pillar, of course, was removed – at which point I was like, we didn’t really need that, that’s just in the way.
I hope the endless lover has learnt a lesson and will now remember to wear shoes which will help her drive easily.
