Bruce Springsteen???s first owned car – a 1957 Chevy Bel Air convertible – is up for grabs at an online auction. The minimum bid on gottahaverockandroll.com is $390,000 and the beauty is expected to sell for between $500,000 to $700,000.

The Toronto Sun reports,

The 1957 Chevy which served as the inspiration for Bruce Sprinsteen’s rock anthems Thunder Road and Born To Run is expected to fetch close to $400,000 at an online auction, which began on Thursday. The classic car was the first vehicle bought by the New Jersey rocker after signing to Columbia Records in 1972. He sold the Chevy for $2,000 in 1976. The auction runs for a week and ends on March 25.
